Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

The Service is an AI assistant (the "Agent") you interact with on Telegram, operated by NanoCo. By registering or using it you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The pilot

The Service is a pilot for testing and evaluation, for personal, noncommercial use.

• Estimated duration about one week per participant. We may extend, shorten, pause or end it, and will give advance notice of a material change where feasible.
• The Service is experimental and in development; features may change or stop, and availability is not guaranteed.
• Participation does not oblige us to launch a commercial service or keep any feature or version.
• When the pilot ends, access ends; for your data see Privacy section 6.

3. Free

Participation is free. No payment method is collected and no charge is made. Any future paid service would be a separate offering under separate terms requiring explicit signup; the pilot does not convert into a subscription.

4. Daily allowance

The Service runs on our resources, so each participant has a daily allowance (messages or tokens). When you reach it the Agent pauses and notifies you, and it renews automatically the next day with no loss of context. We may adjust its size for stability. You may stop at any time.

5. Age

You must be 18 or older, and by using the Service you confirm this. It is not directed at minors. A Telegram account is also required, subject to Telegram's terms.

6. Account and access

Access is via Telegram using the details you submit at registration. You must provide accurate details, keep your Telegram account secure, and are responsible for activity through it. Suspected unauthorized access — write to elia@bencnaan.net.

7. Acceptable use

Use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• use it for unlawful activity or to harm any person;
• infringe others' rights (privacy, intellectual property, reputation);
• disrupt or overload the Service, bypass the allowance or security measures, or access systems not intended for you;
• send automated bulk requests, or use the Service to build or train competing systems;
• resell or provide the Service to others, or make commercial use of it during the pilot;
• rely on the Agent for medical, legal or financial advice, or use output about a real person for a decision with legal effect on them.

8. Content and output

Your input. You retain your rights in content you submit, are responsible for it, and confirm you have the rights to submit it.

Output. To the extent permitted by law, we assign to you any right we hold in output the Agent generates for you. As the models are probabilistic, output may not be unique, and this assignment does not cover other users' output.

License. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use Input and Output to operate, secure and improve the Service and for AI research and development, as described in the Privacy Policy. It is limited to those purposes; we do not sell your content.

Accuracy. Output may be wrong or incomplete even when it sounds confident, and actions may not work as expected. Verify before relying on it and use judgment. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice.

9. Feedback

If you send feedback or ideas, we may use them freely, without restriction or compensation.

10. Third-party services

The Service runs on third-party services (Telegram, cloud hosting, AI model providers) governed by their own terms, for which we are not responsible. Your Telegram messages are also processed by Telegram. We are not responsible for external sources the Agent retrieves at your request.

11. Changes and discontinuation

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We will give advance notice of a material reduction where feasible. We are not liable for this to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Termination

• By you: stop and leave at any time, and request deletion (Privacy section 6).
• By us: we may suspend or end access on a reasonable belief of breach, where required by law, or to protect the Service and its users. We will give prior notice where feasible.
• Sections that by nature survive (8, 9, 13, 14, 15, 17) remain in force.

13. Disclaimer

The Service and all output are provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation, accuracy of output, or preservation of data without loss. Nothing excludes a right that cannot be waived by agreement.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). As the Service is free, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Indemnification

If a third party brings a claim against us arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use, you will compensate us for damages and reasonable expenses (including reasonable legal fees) directly resulting, subject to law. This does not apply to claims arising from our own breach.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For a change materially affecting your rights we will give advance notice through the Agent or your contact details, at least 7 days ahead (unless a shorter period is required by law or security). Continued use after that is acceptance. If you disagree, you may stop and request deletion.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, subject to any mandatory law granting you a different forum or consumer rights.

18. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us and replace prior understandings. An unenforceable provision is replaced by the closest valid one, and the rest remains. A failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights; we may assign to an affiliate or successor without reducing your rights. If the Hebrew and English versions conflict, the Hebrew prevails.

Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This policy describes what we collect during the pilot, how we use it, who accesses it, and your choices. In short: analysis relies on usage data; we do not read conversations as a routine practice; data is used to improve the Service and for AI research and development; we do not sell data or use it for advertising; and you can delete it at any time.

2. What we collect

• Registration details: name, phone and email as submitted.
• Conversation content: your messages and the Agent's replies pass through our systems and are processed automatically to respond and operate the Service.
• Usage and technical data: task types, usage patterns (frequency, times, session length), feature usage, errors and performance, and technical identifiers for routing (such as your Telegram ID).

We do not collect payment details, use advertising trackers, or buy data from third parties. Please avoid sharing especially sensitive information (medical, financial, biometric) unless needed for a task.

3. How we use it

• Operating the Service: processing messages, maintaining context, providing support.
• Improvement: understanding task types and failure points — from usage data and aggregate statistics, not from reading personal content.
• AI research and development: a noncommercial use; we do not sell data, share it for advertising, or target you with marketing.
• Safety and security: preventing abuse and enforcing the Terms.
• Communication: messages about the pilot itself.

4. Who accesses your information

We do not read conversations as a routine practice; analysis and research rely on usage data and aggregate statistics. Your content is not published, sold or exposed to third parties outside the systems operating the Service. Access to raw content is technically restricted, and we access a specific chat only in limited cases: fixing a fault, a support request from you, a legal obligation, or investigating abuse or a security incident — and only to the extent needed.

5. Sharing and processors

We do not sell data or share it for advertising. Sharing is only with providers needed to operate the Service: Telegram (delivering messages under its policy), model providers (processing for the responses, under a use-restricting agreement), and hosting and infrastructure providers. We will disclose information if required by law or court order, or to protect rights in a dispute, and on a transfer of the activity to another entity (merger/acquisition) subject to this policy. Some processing occurs on servers outside Israel, in accordance with the Privacy Protection Regulations (Transfer of Data Abroad), 2001.

6. Retention and deletion

• We keep your data while you participate.
• You can delete your chat and request deletion at any time (via the Agent or elia@bencnaan.net). We complete deletion from active systems within 30 days, except minimal records required by law or needed for an open dispute.
• Personal data from the pilot is deleted or anonymized within 90 days of its end, unless you asked to be kept informed of future versions.
• Statistics that do not identify anyone may be retained and used after deletion.

7. Your rights

• Voluntary: you have no legal duty to provide information; it depends on your consent. Without registration details we cannot include you — that is the only consequence.
• Access and correction: under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (as amended), you may review your information and request correction or deletion of inaccurate data — at elia@bencnaan.net.
• Complaint: you may contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

8. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to this pilot (access controls, encryption in transit). No service is completely secure, so use judgment about what you share.

9. Age

The Service is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors; if you believe one has provided data, write to elia@bencnaan.net and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. For a material change to how we handle your personal information we will give advance notice. The current version is always available where the pilot documents are published.
